Our tour guide, Vincent stood as a shining example of professionalism, weaving his deep knowledge of World War I into a captivating narrative. Going above and beyond his role as a guide, he offered essential comfort services and facilitated seamless communication. Vincent's professional conduct, passion for history, and commitment to providing a memorable experience left a lasting impression on us. My Marine Husband had the incredible opportunity to embark on the legendary Marine journey and privilege of drinking from the iconic fountain and setting foot in the hallowed Belleau Woods, where the Marines earned their fearsome moniker, "Teufel Hunden," or "Devil Dog." WOW, Steeve and Vincent were extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, energetic, and fun. The car was immaculate and could carry many wines back to our Paris Hotel. The hotel pickup/delivery was very convenient. Their knowledge and ease of travel were exceptional. The service, before, during, and after, was great, and communication was excellent and timely. Americans in Paris Tour
Americans in Paris/Steeve: Our guide was Vincent. We were guided by him on two separate occasions on our trip to France. The first car trip was to Belleau Wood/USMC battlefield and American cemetery which was a single day. The second occasion was a three day/two night car tour of Normandy, Bayeux and surrounds. Vincent is a consummate professional who is knowledgeable, personable and a great deal of fun. He made sure to ask us what our interests were and what we wanted to see & do. He knew just where to go & what to do/see and was a fount of information about each locale & its history, restaurants. Vincent shared so many interesting fun facts and stories. My wife was particularly pleased that he was conversant about art and plants as well! We cannot say enough about Vincent's driving: safe & professional. His vehicle was very comfortable & clean. Our time with Vincent was definitely a high point of our whole two-week adventure. Not to forget Steeve: he connected us with Vincent and was very helpful with our planning and stay connected with us throughout. Amazing Experience!
Steeve is an amazing, incredibly knowledgeable tour guide and so much fun to be around! He took us to Giverny and Versailles on a day trip and thought of everything to make it an incredible experience. He happily took photos of us and orchestrated our day so we had maximum enjoyment at each location. His guide, Geraldine, took us through the Louvre and D'Orsay on 2 different days. She was outstanding! She was a wealth of knowledge and so charming. My 3 teenage daughters enjoyed every minute with her and learned so much all thanks to her delivery and ability to cater the tour to their interests. Fabulous guided tour of Giverny and Rouen with Gigi
The ever-helpful Steeve tabbed Gigi with escorting us during our day-long visit to Giverny and Rouen. We couldn't imagine a more congenial and knowledgeable guide, someone who also handled his driving duties exceedingly well, did an excellent job of balancing itinerary and schedule with our personal engagement and immersion within each moment, and always put our needs and interests first. Vincent was a fantastic guide! Took day trip to WWI battle fields. Not only had he researched the specific monument to show us that he knew we would be interested in, but his overall knowledge and ease in sharing it with us made for a wonderful experience. Best French guide!
Steeve Calvo is the BEST guide! We spent multiple days with him in Normandy, Mont St Michel, the Loire Valley and Champagne region. He is incredibly well informed about French and American history and we had continuous detailed and interesting commentary during our adventures. Besides this expertise he has a wonderful and genuine sense of humor and we had many laughs! He was punctual, personable and went "above and beyond" to enhance our vacation. We recommend him highly and will gladly ask him to be our guide again.
